The loan is sanctioned by the Bihar State Education Finance Corporation.

Fees paid

Fees are paid directly to the college.

Documents usually needed

  • 10th and 12th marksheets and certificates
  • Aadhaar card and residence certificate (Bihar)
  • Admission letter and fee structure from the college
  • Bank passbook, photographs and co-applicant documents

A Government of Bihar scheme: the norms, eligibility, loan amount and approval of the Bihar Student Credit Card (BSCC) are set and decided by the Government of Bihar and its agencies (DRCC and the Bihar State Education Finance Corporation). The college has no role in deciding eligibility or sanctioning the loan; it only issues the admission letter and fee documents you need for your application. Paying the fees directly / through bank loan / BSCC is entirely the student's own choice.
