Submit your anti-ragging undertaking.
Every student, and their parent or guardian, must submit an online anti-ragging undertaking (affidavit) on the national portal at admission and at the start of every academic year. Keep the confirmation email and submit a copy to the college office.

- Open the portalClick the button and choose the form for students of affiliated colleges.
- Fill your detailsName, course, year and college: AHS Nursing College & Hospital, Samastipur, along with your parent's details.
- Submit & check emailYou and your parent receive the undertaking with a registration number by email.
- Give a copy to the collegePrint or forward the confirmation to the Anti-Ragging Cell at antiragging@ahscollege.ac.in.
What counts as ragging?
Verbal
Teasing, abusing, insulting or threatening a student, in person or online.
Physical
Any act that causes physical harm, fear or embarrassment.
Psychological
Forcing a student to do anything against their will, isolation, or exploitation.
How we keep students safe
- Any form of ragging is strictly prohibited on campus and at associated institutions
- The college strictly follows the anti-ragging guidelines of the UGC, Ministry of Education, Government of India
- The cell runs regular awareness programmes and orientation sessions on the consequences of ragging
- Students can report any incident confidentially and without fear of retaliation
- Strict disciplinary action is taken against anyone found guilty

The Administrator (Administration) is Incharge of the Anti-Ragging Cell (Order AHS/24/212, 27 Aug 2024). Report any incident to the Cell on 85880 96568 or antiragging@ahscollege.ac.in.
